Holy Trinity Episcopal Church is an affirming and inclusive community of people seeking to follow Jesus. In our most sacred texts, we find that Jesus was primarily concerned about the love of God expressed through the love of others. In response to his example, we desire to welcome and celebrate the unique personality of every person. Gender identities and expressions of sexuality are fluid and multivalent, our personal histories are complex, and our place and standing in society always seems to be in flux. No matter where you are in your journey of self-discovery: there’s a family here who loves you.

Greetings all!
We are finally ready to begin our study of the scriptures on Wednesday evenings. This Bible study is open to all and will be online using Zoom. If you need help installing Zoom on your phone, tablet, or computer, please let us know. Here’s the link and password:

We will begin each session on Wednesday evenings promptly at 7 pm with the Prayer/Collect of the Day and end promptly at 8 pm with the Lord’s Prayer. Our reading and discussion will focus on the text of the Bible itself, drawing on other resources and cross-referencing the Bible as needed. The interesting content, besides the text itself, will be what comes to our hearts and minds. This is where the Spirit will move us with new insight.
We’ll go over guidelines about how to be together online during our first meeting.
No preparation is needed for this meeting and the sessions are not cumulative per se.
We’ll begin our study with the Gospel according to Matthew.
